Carrington  Carrington is a sweet 3 year old Basset Hound mix. She is extremely devoted to anyone willing to give her a hug or take her for a walk. Her tough life thus far has left her a little insecure, but she has hope that the perfect family will come take her home. Carrington is mild mannered and would do well in any home with lots of TLC. Pumpkin Pumpkin is a loving 6 year old orange Tabby cat. She loves to roam around RAL in search of our friendly volunteers to give her a good rub down. Pumpkin has FIV, which is equivalent to HIV for humans. Cats with FIV can live a normal life span. Pumpkin has been healthy while at RAL – almost 4 years. Pumpkin arrived at RAL with her kittens when a woman brought them to the shelter in fear for their life. Pumpkin doesn’t require special medications and is truly just looking for her forever home. She is well behaved and ready to meet you! | |

About Richmond Animal League Since 1979, Richmond Animal League has been finding homes for homeless dogs and cats in the Richmond area. RAL's animals often arrive injured and emotionally scarred. RAL provides complete medical care including vaccinations, sterilization, microchips, treatment for illnesses and lots of TLC to instill trust and confidence so the animals can become beloved family pets. RAL provides temporary shelter and complete care until permanent, loving homes can be located. | |
