RENEE ZELLWEGER, ROB LOWE and KRISTIN CHENOWETH have teamed up to front a new cancer awareness campaign.

The Hollywood stars have filmed an commercial for the Stand Up To Cancer organisation to raise the profile of the disease and encourage the public to fight back.

Zellweger says, "It's up to me, it's up to you, it's up to all of us," while Lowe adds: "It's up to sons and daughters."

The ad, in which the stars write slogans on a white wall, will be shown in the U.S. Alicia Keys and Justin Timberlake will also be involved with the campaign.

Sandra Bullock Stunned By Golden Globe Nods

SANDRA BULLOCK was "beyond stunned" when she discovered she had been nominated for two top honours at the upcoming Golden Globe Awards - because she's up against her idols DAME HELEN MIRREN and MERYL STREEP.

The 45 year old received nods for Best Actress in both the Drama and Comedy or Musical fields for The Blind Side and The Proposal, respectively.

She's up against the likes of Mirren, Streep, Emily Blunt and Julia Roberts - and the star is delighted she's in such prestigious company.

In a statement, she says, "I am beyond stunned. Just to be included in the company of these amazing women I have so admired (sic) thru the years, has left me slack jawed with awe.

Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to a boy yesterday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Mason Dash Disick is the first child for the 30-year-old reality star and her boyfriend Scott Disick. Little Mason weighed in at seven-pounds, six-ounces, and measured 19-and-a half inches.

COURTNEY LOVE LOSES GUARDIANSHIP OF DAUGHTER

Courtney Love has lost legal guardianship of her daughter Frances Bean Cobain.

Friday a court appointed Wendy O'Connor and Kimberly Dawn Cobain -- mother and sister to Frances's late father Kurt Cobain -- as the 17-year-old's temporary legal guardians. Love's attorney, Keith A. Fink, tells People magazine it has nothing to do with his client falling off the wagon. "Courtney's been clean for years and is perfectly fine. This is simply about Frances preferring to live with her grandmother at this time." A hearing on the matter is set for February 10th.

Busy with damage control, Tiger Woods says he's going to "take an indefinite break from professional golf." In his second statement since that infamous car crash, Tiger admits for first time that he's been unfaithful. "I am deeply aware of the disappointment and hurt that my infidelity has caused to so many people, most of all my wife and children. I want to say again to everyone that I am profoundly sorry and that I ask forgiveness. It may not be possible to repair the damage I've done, but I want to do my best to try."

• Tiger lost two endorsement deals over the weekend. First, was Gillete -- who said they're phasing the philandering golf pro out of its ads. ThenAccenture, global management services company, dumped Tiger, saying he "is no longer the right representative for its advertising." But Nike is standing by its ad man. A Nike rep tells T-M-Z, "Tiger has been part of Nike for more than a decade. He is the best golfer in the world and one of the greatest athletes of his era. We look forward to his return to golf. He and his family have Nike's full support."

• Playgirl says they have decided not to publish those alleged nude photos of the philandering golfer. The magazine's Daniel Nardicio says the pics, reportedly taken by camera phone by Tiger himself, "were impossible to one 100-percent verify, hence the unwillingness to go there."

• Tiger's wife Elin reportedly bought a six-bedroom home in Sweden on December 1st. The two-point-two-million-dollar residence is on a small island near Stockholm and is only accessible by boat.

• View co-host Joy Behar has apologized for calling Mistress Number-One, Rachel Uchitel, a "hooker" on the A-B-C talk show.

• The Florida Department of Children and Families visited Tiger Woods' home near Windermere on Saturday. Details of the visit are being kept secret, says a spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

The Princess and the Frog was transformed into the number-one movie in the country over the weekend. Disney's first hand-drawn animated film in five years earned 25-million dollars between Friday and Sunday. The modern twist on the tale of a princess who kisses a frog prince is notable for featuring Disney's first African-American princess.

Last weekend's top movie, The Blind Side, dropped to second. Sandra Bullock's surprise hit took in 15-point-five-million bucks, raising its total to 150-point-two million.

Invictus opened in third with nine-point-one million. The drama stars Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman in the true story of how Nelson Mandela and the captain of South Africa's rugby helped unite the country.

New Moon dropped two spots to fourth with eight-million, taking its gross to 267-point-four million, and A Christmas Carol fell one slot to fifth with six-point-nine million.
